Jeram Besu

Located near Raub, Jeram Besu is another alternate recreational area in Pahang. It only takes 3 hours from Kuala Lumpur by car. It is gaining popularity as one of the most challenging white water rafting areas in the country. Raub is one of the oldest towns in Pahang state. It began as a gold mining town in the early 19th Century and its colonial past is evident in the old buildings scattered around the town.
